Project Acceptance
By hiring AeroTech Web Solutions, you agree to provide all necessary assets and information required for project completion. All project timelines are estimates based on initial discussions.
Payment Terms
Clients agree to the payment schedule outlined in the project proposal. For custom software and ERPs, a 50% advance is required to initiate the architecture and development phase.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the rights to the specific software instance. However, AeroTech Web Solutions retains ownership of core frameworks, pre-built modules, and proprietary code designed by CEO Surya Pratap and his team.
Liability
AeroTech is not responsible for losses caused by third-party hosting failures or unauthorized access due to client-side credential leaks. We provide security patches as part of maintenance agreements.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
