In-charge of the college administrative office. Manages official correspondence, government directives, and supervises the non-teaching staff.
Accounts Section
Accountant / Cashier
Handles fee collection, salary disbursements, financial auditing, and maintenance of all accounts related ledgers.
Student Section
Clerk (Admissions/Scholarship)
Manages admission processes, university enrollment, UP scholarship forms verification, and student record maintenance.
Examination Cell
Exam Controller / Clerk
Coordinates with M.J.P. Rohilkhand University for conducting smooth mid-term and end-semester examinations and marksheet distribution.
