Prem Kishan Khanna Govt. Degree College welcomes prospective students for the academic session 2026-27. Admissions to the First Semester of B.A. and B.Com are strictly based on the guidelines issued by M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, and the Higher Education Department, U.P. under the NEP 2020 framework. All admissions are granted purely on a merit basis.
Admission Procedure (Step-by-Step)
University Registration
Candidates must first register themselves on the M.J.P. Rohilkhand University admission portal and select "PKK Govt. Degree College, Jalalabad" as their preferred institution.

After generating the University Reference Number (URN), fill out the college's online/offline admission form and submit it along with the required processing fee.
Merit List Declaration
The college will publish category-wise merit lists on the website and college notice board based on 10+2 marks and state reservation policies.
Document Verification & Fees
Shortlisted candidates must report to the college with original documents for physical verification, followed by the payment of the admission fee to confirm their seat.

- High School (10th) Marksheet & Certificate
- Intermediate (12th) Marksheet & Certificate
- Original Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Character Certificate (CC) from last institution
- Caste Certificate (if applicable for OBC/SC/ST)
- Aadhar Card Copy
- 4 Recent Passport Size Photographs
